⸺ Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien AG, a Munich-based real estate company with a long family tradition, wanted to strengthen its brand for the future while staying true to its roots.

Challenge ⸺ The task was to refresh the brand of Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien AG in a contemporary way. The logo, originally designed in 2004, is closely tied to the company’s history. The challenge was to modernize it carefully, expand the corporate design, and strengthen the employer brand. The goal was to increase visibility, enhance recognition, and ensure the brand’s long-term value.

Solution ⸺ Together with the Sedlmayr AG Management, I developed a brand credo and brand circle as the foundation of the new communication. The logo was updated without losing its original design essence. To enhance the visual identity, I introduced a new corporate font, additional colors, and a consistent imagery style. Clear layout principles enable easy implementation. The result combines tradition and modernity, improves digital presence, and strengthens long-term brand awareness.
